Why choose it

The apartment has access from a porch softened by stone columns and paved in old Tuscan terracotta, which is very pleasant at all hours of the day; you enter directly into the living room, from which you can access all the rooms.

It is equipped with a fireplace, two sofas, a bookcase and TV, with digital terrestrial and satellite TV. It still retains the ancient and rustic wooden frames of the doors of the rooms.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a dining area, a full bathroom and a kitchen. Both the living room and the bedrooms have preserved the ancient and warm wooden ceiling.

The dining area is a separate room, between the living room and the kitchen, overlooking the common garden and is very quiet.
The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses, cloth tablecloth, potholders and tea towels.

The bathroom is quite large, with a window overlooking the valley, and has a shower cubicle, vase, bidet and washbasin.

Services common to all apartments

You can enjoy the garden, equipped with tables and chairs, armchairs and a rocking chair, the barbecue and an independent kitchen, also for your outdoor meals, admiring the view of the Casentino.

The above ground swimming pool, located a little bit outside the village, can be reached through a short path in the woods, equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs, table and armchairs, in the silence and panoramic area, here you can enjoy the rest, the sun, peace and silence.

The wi-fi connection is both in the apartments and outside, but not at the swimming pool.
A washing machine is available to guests, is located in a common area and use is free.

There are also: a large, independent room, with a cooking area and a large dining area, for 20 people, a wooden loft with a relaxation area with two sofas and a toilet.
This room can be used by family groups or friends, guests of the village apartments.
Another room, near the garden, used as a living room, furnished with sofas and armchairs, with two large windows overlooking the woods.
